After a couple of years lasting break from astronomy and night sky photography in general, I am slowly recovering and moving back towards „doing some AP work“. As a starter, before I re-learn how to process deep sky images, I decided to make one of my life-time dreams come true – to spot Aurora Borealis, i.e. Northern Lights on my own eyes. Well spent 7 days on Iceland with some luck on weather (clear sky) and even some luck on the solar activity resulted in couple of „shots“ – Pavel Pech, Iceland, 2023.
